Technical Due Diligence
Building condition surveys as part of technical due diligence for various investment funds.
Usually the assessment of the building condition is done to determine seroius faults, essential immediate repairs and expected cost of future repairs over a period of 10 years. It also involves judging fitness for current or intended use, assesment of the building services and sometime requires research in building achives to detremine current state of planning permission or building regulations approval.
We have carried out TDD’s throughout Germany and in London on an estimated 500 properties.
