Conversion of a semi-detached villa from 1902 into two maisonettes.

Maisonette 1 occupies the ground and 1^st floor. Maisonette 2 occupies the 2^nd and 3^rd floors, extends into a converted roof space and has an internal staircase to a ground floor entrance. An external lift was added to this staircase. Both maisonettes enjoy newly added south facing balconies to the garden.
